Hope you are all doing well. Many thanks to all of you for such a positive response!!
I would just like to request all of those attending and taking part in the Traithlon to please complete the registration forms and either email (to pinder@protectall.co.ke) or hand them over to any isikh sevadaar in your viccinity as soon as possible so that we can have your details on the system and finish all the registration processes before the day of the event. The Deadline for application is a week before the event i.e. 20/March/09.

In case of any problems in the link above, please get in touch with me asap so that i can email the forms/details to you.

You will need to get a partner who can bike with you then Jas .. It could be a girl/boy .. and then you will be taking aprt and registering for the duathlon .. so please get yourself a partner ... needs to be of the same age group as yourself..
